Description

The dataset contains bird species occurrences recorded during fieldwork carried from 6 -14 September 2021 in selected sites in Tana River County and boarding areas of Lamu County. The sites were: Maroni, Tuneni Forest, Tana River National Primate Reserve (TRNPR); Mchelelo (TRNPR); Kongolani (TRNPR); Ponge Forest (TRNPR); Makere Forest (TRNPR); Hewani Forest, Gamba; Bandi Forest; Lalafitu Forest, Ndera Conservancy; Witu Forest, Takutaku Block and Mashamasha; Kipini, Majiweni, Forest Block No. 4; Lake Amu; Ngomeni Forest; Lake Shakababo; and Onkolde Forest.
