Data do not have comprehensive geographic or taxonomic coverage. They have not been specifically reassessed in light of recent taxonomic splits or aggregations, and should be checked against original sources if there is doubt. All records undergo validation and are verified in accordance with OHBR policy to maintain data quality. NBN Record Cleaner is used for limited additional checking.Method steps
- Field records submitted to OHBRP and HBRG, with some records extracted from literature. Recording is mostly casual and records received from individual recorders undergo validation and are verified in accordance with OHBR policy.
