Description

Number of flowering individuals of the threatened orchid species Nigritella nigra observed from 2014 an onwards in five localities in the mountain areas west of Kvikne i Tynset, central Norway. The data set is part of a monitoring which also includes recording of stature of marked individuals in permanent plots.

Study Extent

Annual censuses of five localities where Nigritella nigra occurs.

Sampling

The localities are visited at the peak of flowering for N. nigra, usually in the first part of July.
