The database aggegates biodiversity records from the scientific station of the Faculty of Biology of the University of Warsaw at Urwitałt, NE Poland. The station (currently Masurian Center for Biodiversity and Nature Education) was founded in 1974 by prof. Kazimierz Dobrowolski, serving as one of the main field research and academic facilities of the Faculty. The data comprise observation records collected during research and field courses on ecology, population and ecosystem biology conducted in Urwitałt during 45 years of activities.Taxonomic Coverages
