This OTU table includes metabardocing dataset on Bird communities detected in Lille Vildmose, Denmark, from the manuscript titled "Moss as a novel and natural eDNA trap for terrestrial biodiversity monitoring across the tree of life and biomes". These samples were collected to investigate the possibility of using moss-derived eDNA for biodiversity monitoring.
