Butterfly observation records based on photograph taken by butterfly enthusiasts

Purpose

This dataset is the results of BIFA workshop on butterfly mobilization data held in February 2020.

Photographs of Indonesian butterflies

Sampling

Butterfly photographs were submitted by butterfly enthusiast.

Quality Control

The butterfly photos were identified at MZB LIPI.

Method steps

  1. Photographs submitted were identified to species. For each photo, EXIF information were documented to Excel datasheet. Each photo was given a QR Code number so people can access the information associated with the photo.
