Description

The overall objective of this project (Baselines Initiative) is to generate several 16S rRNA gene databases to establish robust baseline information on the biological communities in marine ecosystems. This field study was conducted in the Caribbean Sea near Curacao (and saline ponds in Curacao as well) in April 2015 to examine phytoplankton community diversity.
