Information on the number of individuals of springtail species in soil samples, multiscale design in two geographical points of Karelia: Kivach Nature Reserve and surroundings of the village Voronovo in 2011 and 2012. Data on 21,582 specimens of 55 species (16 series of samples, 6 plots, 1296 soil samples). Geographical points differed in relief: flat in the Kivach nature reserve and hilly in Voronovo. In both areas there are similar trial plots of pine forests of three types: lichen, green moss, sphagnum).
