Description

The dataset includes a list of higher vascular plants registered within the village of Karpovychi (Novgorod-Siverskyi district, Chernihiv region) - a total of 441 observations and 293 species.

Sampling Description

Study Extent

The dataset covers the territory of a village on the right bank of the Snov River near the state border with the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The studied area occupies the moraine-zandra plain and floodplain.

Sampling

Observations (excursion and semi-stationary methods) were carried out in the summer by the route method with the compilation of floristic lists, some difficult-to-diagnose species were collected in the herbarium. The floodplain of the Snov River was especially carefully studied.

The author bears full responsibility for the quality of the data provided in the dataset.
