The dataset contains information on the findings of staphylinid beetles in Ukraine. The vast majority of representatives are gathered in Ukraine (Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Luhansk and Donetsk regions, as well as in Europe).

Method steps

  1. Information on the findings of staphylinide beetles are given for the first time and have not previously been published in the literature.
  2. All information is based on the results of materials from the museum stock collections and collections of Ukrainian entomologists.
  3. A significant part of the material was collected by the author of the dataset personally.
