Description

The objective of our study was to evaluate the release and potential for GHG emissions in the poorly studied runnel ponds compared with polygonal ponds of northeastern Canada. Archaeal community composition in the sediments was analyzed with high-throughput 16S rRNA gene pyrosequencing.
