Description

The selection of the location took into consideration the significant biodiversity of flora and fauna present in this particular state of India. The Dibang Valley region is renowned for its abundant biodiversity, encompassing a diverse array of plant and animal species. The valley is characterised by an abundance of densely populated forests that encompass a wide array of tree species, such as bamboo, ferns, orchids, and conifers. The region additionally sustains a prosperous wildlife population, encompassing various endangered species such as the Mishmi takin, red panda, musk deer, and clouded leopard, which can be seen within the vicinity. A group consisting of 12 individuals from diverse professional backgrounds convened as participants in the meeting. Regrettably, the inclement weather conditions were not conducive to the intended purpose, as a substantial portion of the time coincided by heavy rainfall and a notable decline in temperature throughout the event. Because of this weather condition observations of various taxa were compromised and could not properly documented.
