This regional meeting concludes the first phase of the Biodiversity Information for Development (BID) programme in the region and aims to identify regional priorities and actions to sustain the mobilization of biodiversity data for science and policy.

The University of the West Indies hosted the event at the Department of Life Sciences in St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago.
