GBIF Metabarcoding Data Toolkit community call - 2025

GBIF nodes participating in the Metabarcoding Data Programme are invited to the first MDT community call of 2025 to learn about latest developments and functionalities of the Metabarcoding Data Toolkit (MDT), and discuss issues on the usage of the MDT, engagement with data holders, and other relevant aspects. Attendees will share feedback on MDT use, and ideas for community-building activities to enhance collaboration and knowledge exchange
