This event is for GBIF heads of delegation, additional delegates and national leads who maintain and expand GBIF participation in the Central Asia region.
Meeting participants will discuss national GBIF involvement in the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), and identify synergies, collaborations and funding opportunities to support data-intensive biodiversity work in the region.
