Africa region Webinar: GBIF Hosted Portals: The experience of the South African Biodiversity Institute (SANBI)

This webinar will introduce GBIF Hosted Portals which are simple and customizable portals for displaying GBIF-mediated data. The hosted Portals are designed to support national, institutional, and regional biodiversity data efforts with minimal technical demands.

The session will include:

• A presentation from the GBIF Secretariat on the hosted portal programme and its benefits.
• A case study and live demo from SANBI-GBIF (South Africa), showcasing their successful hosted portal implementation.
