(Figs 52, 99) Host-plants. Geum spp. in the Crimea; in other regions also Agrimonia eupatoria L., Filipendula vulgaris Moench, Fragaria vesca L., Geum rivale L., G. urbanum L., Potentilla anserina L., and Rubus spp.

Remarks. The species is rare in the Crimea: limited in distribution (mostly occurs in shady forests) and not abundant.

Type of distribution (chorological group). Euro-Nemoral; the species occurs from Italy and Ireland to Finland, Bulgaria and the Crimea. Material examined. CRIMEA: 1 ♂, Dobroje, Krasnolissya, at light, 11. vii. 1986, leg. A. Zagulajev; 23 km S Simferopol, near Angarskij Pereval, empty leaf-mines on Geum sp., fieldwork card no. 5047, 22. vii. 2011, leg.
