Dinosaur National Monument is a unit of the United States National Park Service located in northwest Colorado and northeast Utah. Located on the northern edge of the Colorado Plateau, Dinosaur is the intersection for several distinct geographic and biological regions.The National Park Service preserves unimpaired the natural and cultural resources and values of the National Park System for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of this and future generations.
