Description

The project is aimed to prepare the Moss Flora of Russia, with descriptions and illustration of all species, as well as with data on habitats and distribution in 117 regional subdivisions of Russia. The project is supported by the Programm "Biodiversity" of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the coorditator Michael Ignatov, misha_ignatov@list.ru. Our data contain information on location, date of collection, sample belonging to the herbarium (codename according to the international system Index Herbariorum) and other related information. Some records cover not only the territory of Russia.
