This document serves both as the 2020 revision of the GBIF Implementation Plan for the period 2017-2022 and also as the GBIF Annual Work Programme 2020. Both elements are based upon the GBIF Strategic Plan 2017-2021, which was extended for one year due to the challenges created by the global pandemic.
