Description

The lepidoptera collection contains around 80 000 specimens from around 1 500 different species, most of them from Norway. A large part of the collection comes from the personal collection of C.F. Lühr, Lom, who donated his collection to the museum at the end of the 20th century. The published occurrences data are currently incomplete. A republication of the collection is planned during 2016.
