Description

The checklist consists of species of animals and plants that are rare or endangered in the territory of the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine. The checklist was implemented by the decision of the thirtieth session of the Zhytomyr Regional Council of the sixth convocation dated 19.03.15 #1460 "On approval of the list of regionally rare species of animals of the Zhytomyr region" and Decision of the twenty-sixth session of the Zhytomyr Regional Council of the fifth convocation dated 05.09.10 #1162 "On approval of the list of regionally rare species of vascular plants of Zhytomyr Region".

Study Extent

The Checklist covers the entire territory of Zhytomyr administrative region of Ukraine.
