Helpdesk section of the GBIF website
GBIF provides limited remote helpdesk to its constituency, both by the Secretariat and a distributed system based of the voluntary work of its members. The main objective is to ensure that those GBIF Participants experiencing difficulties in the implementation of their biodiversity information networks can receive timely support adapted to their specific needs and build local capacity.
In this webpage you can find general information about helpdesk in GBIF, together with specific information on how to obtain financial support in cases that on-site support is needed.
