Laura Russell, member of the VertNet team (vertnet.org) presents the concept of metadata (data about other data) and why is so relevant in the context of data quality.This video was recorded during the training sessions associated to the 18th meeting of the GBIF Governing Board in Buenos Aires (Argentina) in October 2011.
