Description of the event:
This course is a crash introduction to the process of capturing, sharing and using primary biodiversity data in the scope of the environmental management of cities and urban centers. It is organized by GBIF in partnership with the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and Local Governments for Sustainability (ICLEI).

Number of participants and target audience:
20 people. Ecocity World Conference attendants. Managers and politicians in charge of the environmental policies in cities and urban centers.
