EDIT CDM Server

EDIT CDM Community Standalone Server allows to publish biodiversity data stored databases compatible with the EDIT Common Data Model (see http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=3530 for more info on CDM). It is a java application that needs to be deployed on a web server.

Abstract: The CDM Community Standalone Server exposes data stored in a CDM data base to the web. It is basically a Jetty based web application container bundeled with a simple management webapplication and with the remote component of the CDM Library. The CDM Community Standalone Server is a Java application, so it can be installed in principle on any platform witch supports Java version 1.6.
