With reference to Article VII of the Rules of Procedure, the Governing Board has established four Standing Committees:

• The Science Committee
• The Budget Committee
• The Rules Committee
• The Participant Node Managers Committee

The Governing Board/Executive Committee approves the terms of reference, guidelines and budgets for these Committees and other subsidiary bodies.
