Officials from stakeholder institutions were invited to the KenBIF Stakeholder consultation workshop organized as part of the mentoring project between Finland and Kenya. Presentations were given by Dr. Hannu Saarenmaa, Dr. Francisco Pando, Mrs. Hulda Gideon and Mrs. Fatima Parker, Francis Oguya and other local experts. Participants were exposed to GBIF and KenBIF and the need for operationalisation of KenBIF.
