Ebbe Nielsen Prize ceremony took place during GB16.

During the formal hosted dinner on October 6th, in the beautiful surroundings of the Ceremonial Hall of the University of Copenhagen, Dr. Andy Jarvis of CIAT, Colombia was announced the winner of GBIF’s prestigious Ebbe Nielsen Prize for his pioneering research on agro-biodiversity using data available through the GBIF network.
