This form has to be carefully filled by those interested in applying for financial support to attend a GBIF training workshop.  Eligible person may apply as indicated in the
GBIF guidelines for financial support to attend training workshops.  Should you qualify, please fill this form and send an email to training@gbif.org or fax +45-35321480 clearly providing the information requested below.

e5) Provide a letter or recommendation from your institution or organisation. Make sure that the name, institutional affiliation, address, email and fax number are clearly indicated.
