The French node for GBIF is organising a training workshop from 20-22 May 2008, at Agropolis, Montpellier. The workshop will be conducted in French. The session will cover the tools and techniques for connecting a database to the GBIF network and will include instruction on georeferencing, as well as an introduction to the use of GBIF data in analytical methods such as ecological niche modelling, etc. For more details or to register, contact gbif@gbif.fr.
