GBIF Participants 2001-2006

The members that make up GBIF [see map from World66.com] are officially called "Participants" by the 'Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF). The MoU is open for signature to any interested country, economy or recognised international organisation.

The procedure for applying for membership is described in the document  How to Become a GBIF Participant.
