Participants are advised book the hotels through the TanBIF Secretariat in order to enjoy the negotiated conference rates indicated above.
The Secretariat will inform the two hotels who will stay where.

gmalisa@costech.or.tz at the TanBIF Secretariat with the following information:
- Choice of hotel
- Type of room (single or double occupancy, Standard or Executive Room
- Name, including name of accompanying person(s)
- Arrival and departure dates
As there is a limited number of rooms available at the two hotels, you are kindly asked to make your hotel bookings well in advance of the meeting
Both Hotels are walking distance from the conference venue. Otherwise transport to and from the conference venue will be provided by organisers.
